Continuing Series in the Life of a Pastoral Care Pastor

March 28, 2010 Monday; Started out with some good devotions from Mark chapter 8. I am speaking at the Prison Fellowships monthly devotion time and I am pretty sure I will be speaking form this chapter. God is good. Had a light day today…Spring Break so not many people were around. Met with one lady who wanted to be baptized and share with her about what is going to take place…looks like we will have at least 20 to baptize on Easter. Later took a young man out to dinner and bought him a pair of baseball shoes…he is 10 years old and is excited about playing. Ahhhh to be 10 again….I thinkkkkk, sorrrrrry what am I thinkingggg WOW…that was a slip…anyway had a great time. My wife is on a business trip so it was nice to have someone to eat dinner with…he’s a good kid.
