Continuing Series in the Life of a Pastoral Care Pastor

April 4, 2010 – Sunday; Great service today. We had 3 services and I baptized 18 people today. It was a great day for the Lord. Pastor Kent preached a wonderful message and presented the gospel very clearly. All of the volunteers were great today, everyone really shined. Lynn did a wonderful job, she has a real spirit of caring for the people coming to visit our church as well as the volunteers. It really worked very well today. Communion was served to the whole church during our 3 services and it was amazing to see well it went. God got the victory today…Amen!! After church had Easter dinner with my daughter, son-n-law and my two wonderful grandbabies. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable afternoon. Jeanette and I took everyone to Friendly’s for ice cream to top off the day. Now, to bed as I get ready to start my week on Monday…need to make an early hospital visit as one of our ladies is having surgery in the morning. See ya tomorrow.
